Cockroaches in the bathroom. TV remote not working. Stench from apartment next door. Stench from alley. Urine and vomit in the walkway. Dust from construction. Staff didn't know about the booking. Room wasn't ready at 4pm. Couldn't reach Leon on the number provided.

Nothing at all

The place is situated at a dodgy place and the smell was unbearable the cockroaches and mould at the bathroom smell. Cigarettes smells on the corridors as well

The location

The communication between the host and the receptionist, plus the guests (us), was very poor. I spent 1hour and 30 minutes in the lobby, and nobody knew which room was assigned to us. The room number should be communicated prior to the guests' arrival. 2. Once a previous guest leaves the house, can you please check and see what's missing?? The TV remote didn't have batteries, so we had to buy the trash bags and tissues (this should be at least provided) 3. Please have a WhatsApp number that guests can use to reach out to you.
