"Brilliant Accommodation + Centrally Located + Easy to Find!!"

Picking the keys from key-box made things extremely easy, our hosts provided us with code and we could arrive at our leisure.

Nothing, accommodation was perfect + there was tea & coffee and ability to watch to and relax freely.

Really nicely presented Annexe which is ideal for 1-2 people, very nice furnished and decorated. Nice and warm, full kitchen, tv and bathroom; a home from home really. Really nice hosts who are on hand if you need them. I would definitely recommend staying, location is great.

The Annexe is an absolutely super place to stay! Finished to a very high standard, lovely comfy bed, immaculately clean, great shower room and kitchen facilities, reliable wifi and a quiet & secluded location. Information about how to find the property was accurate and informative, check-in and check-out was easy and self sufficient. 100% recommend!

Everything was great. Nothing disappointing at all!!

"The Annexe Did not Disappoint!"

The space is clean, modern and like brand new. We enjoyed our time at the Annexe.

Nothing comes to mind. That sais, we would have appreciated a tea pot and a washer/dryer...a microwave and a stove top plus the w/dryer would have been useful for us.

"Much better than a hotel room"

Really lovely annexe with everything you need. We stayed for four nights and ate in each night. We have a big Luton van and there was plenty of room for it. I will definitely book this again when working in the area.
