Great location in the heart of the old centre. Very friendly host. Would recommend staying here.

Great location in Sutri with lovely views from the balcony. It was comfortable for my purposes and stay. The provision of bottled water and coffee was a welcome bonus. Generally very clean.

If you like to sleep with a window open for fresh air, you are disturbed by dogs barking all through the night and traffic noise as the bedroom faces the main road into Sutri. The AC is an extra charge of 7 euors per night, this is not stated on the booking and shows as included. There was no wifi code left so could not use this either, this was an inconvenience. The shower head needed descaling so was not so powerful. No bin in the Kitchen was not good.

Spotlessly clean. Newly renovated. Comfortable. Generous provisions for breakfast. Walk to everything location. Good communication with hosts.

An English translation of ‘essential information’ would be helpful for international guests.

Beautifully done up and very comfortable. Washing machine was a bonus as was the balcony and view from the balcony. Very close to the bars and restaurants in beautiful Sutri. Friendly host who made me feel very welcome and helped me to carry my electric bike upstairs and let me store inside the property.
