Near the beach and because of the rain, that it had dstv.

Shower in main bedroom mouldy and the door keeps coming off the rollers. No towel racks in main bathroom.

The location was excellent a short walk to the rocks. It’s private and pet friendly which was great. Lovely side views of the ocean. Spacious rooms. Braai area outside . Jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom is nice after a day out . Hostess is great .

The Dstv did not work. The aircon in the main room didn’t work. The couches were dirty and seriously need a revamp. The pots and cutlery need a refresh they are broken and loose. The hostess did try and assist but was not able to sort out the Dstv or the aircon. She also brought the vacuum for the couch. These comments have been made before I really think the owner should pay attention, it will take the score to a 10 .

The picture presented of this house is inaccurate. The view has been almost entirely obscured by a full building in front of the house and the setting as depicted in the main photo simply does not exist. So, too, the reference to access to the beach in front of the house is inaccurate. The place is tired, the furniture is makeshift, and the air con in the main bedroom did not work. No wonder the house is on the market. But for Tania’s exceptional and friendly service, this would have been a total waste of time.

The property is not as advertised. Not beachfront or direct access to beach. There is active building/construction going on in several areas around the house….Literally on the doorstep and front porch of the house. There is no longer the view or ocean front access that is shown in the pictures. The house itself is worn down and falling apart in some places to the point where a piece of metal fell off of the bath tub leaving a gaping hole on the side which made the main bathroom and bedroom smell moldy. The metal also cut open my toe. The glass sliding door has a crack running along the entire length. The property manager only notified me of the construction after my window of cancellation with refund closed which left me with no choice but to stay at this facility.

The location was fantastic. Absolutely beautiful. The entire house was wonderful. Very clean and resort-like. The facilities were great. Especially the washer, refrigerator & freezer.

Huge issue with the air-conditioning units. The only one that worked was the living room. This prevented this location to be a perfect score. Driving to restaurants were necessary. Eating locations were limited here.
