The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks Carissa for booking me up with more coffee! The hotel is newer and very clean.

I wish location was closer to MI Tech and downtown area. It wasn’t far but not walking distance.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette, location convenient to shopping, new

Bed was soft for being new. Poor design of numerous things - no elevator, no pool, no shower rack, no shower grab bar, blinds flapping by heating unit and not keeping light out, closet too short to store large suitcase, no safe, very limited continental breakfast. Did not service room as requested. Staff not empowered to make decisions (call in housekeeper, swap room types on reservation)
