Nothing, bad experience ever.We were there before checking in time because we had received a call from the owner that there was an issue with our payment which was done a day/two before.Got the place just after 12 until 13h36 with pop of payment and all confirmation that payment was done. Booking.com confirmed same when they contacted it (with my phone as they didn't have minutes to contact them) and they're other service provider (forgotten the name, also confirmed that the problem was NOT with us as customers but could be resolved between them. The 2nd service provider, wanted to help clear out the issue telephonically as it was a fixable issue however she needed that they log in a computer, which they also didn't have which added to our overall experience. Why were inconvenienced when we have traveled 7 hours just to attend a wedding and get some rest.I am not even convinced they need to improve, its best they just close that place. Poor receptionist was visibly frustrated because the decision lies with the management and not her.After the back and forth of basically nothing, we decided to cancel the booking (money takes up to 7 days RIGHT) and drove to Durban, where we had to make alternatives bookings and that's where am even typing this review from.
