On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the location of the hotel was good. Overall, the stay was okay, but the misleading information about the facilities and lack of communication left us disappointed.

We chose this hotel primarily because it advertised a swimming pool, fitness centre, and sauna. Unfortunately, we discovered upon arrival that these facilities are not located on-site. The pool is off-site, open to the public, and closes shortly after check-in time, making it impractical to use. The staff in the reception did not seem to interested in a complaint about this that it was misleading. This was not clearly communicated in advance and felt misleading, particularly as these amenities were the main reason we selected this hotel. The check-in clerk was fine but not overly friendly. When we asked for local restaurant recommendations, she only mentioned the bar/restaurant onsite and didn’t offer any other suggestions. We also weren’t provided with any information about WiFi access during check-in. At breakfast, the toaster in the breakfast room was broken, which was another small but frustrating inconvenience. There was also no water provided in the rooms upon check-in, which is something we would normally expect in a 4 star hotel.

Parts of the headboard in the room where white from fade compared to the rest of the bed headboard Two white dots on the tv screen as in it could do with been fixed or updated Plaster just over the bedroom door could do with been scrapped off and repainted No biscuits or choc with the tea/coffee in room The two chairs at the end of the bed at table are very outdated and alot of marks on them

The band The Heartbeats were playing on the night and they were just outstanding 👌

I dont have any complaints. Room was a little small but it was fine as we weren't in it for long
