I loved absolutely everything in this historic villa: magnificent halls and living spaces, authentic well preserved furniture, precious upholstery fabrics, works of art everywhere and wonderful Vivaldi music played in the morning; I loved every little detail in the Traviata room, which miraculously combines elegant historical authenticity with modern facilities; I adored the breakfast room, the elegant tables set with excellent bone china tableware, fancy crystal glasses and finest cutlery; the breakfast itself consists of the best quality foods; I loved the magnificent old garden which surrounds the house, with relaxing swimming pool under the ages old trees, which during the night turns in to some magical place with its illuminated sculptures and the cypress tree alleys under the full moon… But above all, the most amazing are the hosts, the very kind, very intelligent very cordial people, who preserve this magnificent place with love and attention to every single detail, and who treat their guests as royalty and at the same time as the dearest friends. Thanks a lot for the amazing stay, dears!

Einfach alles: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich – schnell, herzlich und voller hilfreicher Tipps (Restaurants, Weingüter, Aktivitäten in Verona). Die Villa selbst ist historisch beeindruckend, sehr gepflegt, mit charmanten Details und Geschichte, die der Gastgeber auf Wunsch gerne erzählt. Frühstück im stilvollen Saal mit italienischer Küche, reichlich Kaffee und tollen lokalen Produkten. Besonders schön: Auch große Hunde sind willkommen!

Heerlijk verblijf als je iets speciaals wil. Authentiek statig huis met moderne voorzieningen. Prachtige tuin met super zwembad. Complimenten voor de service van Mario! Locatie past perfect voor bezoek Verona (opera) en mooie wijnhuizen. Kortom een aanrader!

We wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Marco for his wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so special. We truly had a great time - his attention to detail, his kindness and all the help he gave us made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. The place is absolutely amazing - majestic and full of history and character. He and his family clearly cared for it with love and dedication. We really admired the way he maintained and developed his concept, it’s clear he created something very special. Thank you once more!

Beautiful renovation of an old family estate set in the wine fields of Grezzano and a stone’s throw from Verona. The owner was passionate about his family history and this showed in a.wonderful mix of modern and traditional. We were welcomed and looked after magnificently; and of an evening took in the opera Carmen at the Verona Arena. All in all a delightful stay.

There was nothing to dislike

All - just go there and see.
