Fantastic house in a lovely location. Tastefully decorated, spacious lounge area. Everything you could need in the kitchen including tea coffee and milk. Broadway is a wonderful little Cotswold village. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location and nice, modern but cosy feel. Had everything we needed.

The sofas and beds weren’t particularly comfortable for us, but that’s just personal preference.

Great location, just a small walk from Broadway village

Well equipped and comfortable. Perfectly located to walk into Broadway for a Christmas event which unfortunately started as the heavens opened. Thank goodness for the washer/tumble drier. We didn't eat in so cannot comment on the cooking facilities. The underfloor heating downstairs was great.

There only seemed to be towels, mugs and wine glasses for 3 and there were 4 of us. The heating upstairs worked initially and then stopped, we think the batteries had run out on the controller, there was a light bulb missing in the front room that we replaced using one from a bedroom.
