Always love the cleanliness, the excellent staff, comfy bed. I had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The front desk staff is excellent and very accommodating.

"No hot Water!!!! 😡"

The location

No hot water after coming from a long flight at 11pm and working all day…. All I could think about is taking a long hot shower, I was highly upset especially what I paid for for one night…. This was truly unacceptable…. So I get up To get ready to leave and tried to take a shower again, I even let the water run still no hot water…. I was in room 316 I made a compliant to the front desk but like I said nothing was done so I am writing this review and I believe we should be compensated for no hot water to shower…. I will follow up with booking.com about addressing this matter…

Convenience to our flights, hotel is inside the airport, aldo a good breakfast that starts very early.

A bit expensive, but this is going to be true for any airport hotel.

Rien !

Un accueil lamentable et très incorrect. J'avais payé à l'avance par carte bancaire, et ils m'ont obligée payer à nouveau. Et jusqu'à présent une des deux sommes est toujours bloquée et non créditeur mon compte . 237,68 USD. C'est inadmissible !!!!! Et cela depuis le 3 Mai 2026.
