San Juan Airport Hotel

It was convenient because it was walking distance from departing flights. We had a flight at 5am and we were able to.sleep a bit longer. The staff was very pleasant and stored our bags since the room was not ready for an early check-in.

I paid 237.00 for a tiny room with a tiny shower. The TV was blurry, the lights behind the bed did not work properly, they flashed constantly. I was confused at the fact that there was a large microwave but no fridge. The advertisement stated it was remodeled. In No way was this room remodeled. It had updated paint and flooring and maybe a headboard. The furniture was very flimsy. The mini-bath tub should be removed and made into a shower.. It was hard to shower with the ADA grab bar. The room had a musty smell and did not jave good ventilation. For the amount I paid, the convenience did not out-weigh the disappointments..

That it is such a convenient location to the airport. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to get to your flight.

The room was extremely cold, and the thermostat did not seem to work. Not any extra covers for the bed.

Was clean.

Need to update the rooms.

Staff great,. Location great.

The AC was not working and it got quite warm. Was fixed the next afternoon and then was good.
