GBSpace comfort, everything you could need is on hand in the house and close to attractions. Stayed here for a Christmas break with 9 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and was perfect

GBThe property was clean and spacious and accommodated all our needs. The house was modern, with a nice open concept. It included a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, large comfortable couch perfect for movie nights. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition to a beautiful back garden. They even had all my dog's needs covered.
The draining of some of the showers wasn't great and the TV had a limited amount of channels. Other than those very minor details the accommodation was fantastic.
GBClean, very spacious with en-suite in every room and well equipped. Good sized drive too for off road parking.
The front and back door locks are a bit fiddly and our bed mattress was too soft. To be fair, other guests with us did not have any issue with their beds.

The WiFi was a bit unpredictable but this wasn’t a major problem
GBGBHaving 5 en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom was amazing. We went with our 3 grown up children and their partners so they all had privacy in their bedrooms. The hot tub was lovely but expensive to pay for at £200 for 4 night. Use of the BBQ was great for cooking at the house.
The toilet in the main bedroom broke on the first night, luckily my husband is practical and mended it but we didn't get much sleep that night as it was continuously leaking water!. The next night, the water softener system overflowed so when we came down in morning the kitchen floor was flooded. These things happen in houses but we seemed unlucky on our trip. Cost of the hot tub.
GBGreat host Nina, who was responsive and helpful with every request. Plenty of room for 9 adults, twin toddlers, 2 dogs. Great to have each bedroom with an en-suite, plenty of hot water good showers. Plenty of room for us, even able sit together to watch Euro match. Enjoy breakfast together. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub and plenty of seating in garden. Plenty of parking, easy to walk into Poole (35 mins). Thank you for milk and fruit.
If you have small children good to know there are steps from kitchen to lounge. Beds were not that comfortable. Mattresses were soft with deep toppers. Very clean bedding.
