The house was great.

We had two bookings through Booking,com .1st in Tekapo for the night, son booked, no address and unable to Google it. 2nd booking Wanaka three nights. Your email said (look forward to greeting you) sounded like there was someone on site. There wasnt and again no access. Took considerable time to track down the owners who in turn had the agents contact us. Would have been a disaster had we not arrived early, as the motels all seemed full. I printed off your emails prior to leaving Auckland, assuming i had all relative info.

The house is beautiful, bright, and comfortable. It's well stocked with everything you need, and instructions and support are clear (I got quick responses on Christmas morning!). Accessing the property is easy; you'll receive instructions about 24 hours before arrival, but exactly as shown here, it's a bit out of town, so you definitely want to have a car to get around. (It's a beautifully quiet neighborhood.) They have a helpful list of activities and recommendations in a welcome booklet.
