The location is great just a few steps from the walking street at night. The owner was really nice and helpful for everything.

Hot water didn't last very long but that's common in Vietnam!

Very friendly staff who genuinely seem interested and want to help out with any query you may have. Even the cleaners are friendly and are always smiling. Makes it easy to arrange any transport or tours you want to do. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk from 'the strip' but super quiet and easy to sleep. Place was absolutely spotless, bed was super comfortable. Felt like a 'boutique hotel' (hate that phrase) rather than a guest house, fantastic value for money. Also possibly the fanciest shower I've ever used! 10/10

Central location and very clean.

Although a small room it is clean and comfortable. The whole place has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere; the owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is very close to the traveller type restaurants and bars but is down a quiet alley so you have peace and quiet.
