The locality to food was great! Having plug-in for EV was also very well-received. I'm glad my parking spot had a 110 V receptacle next to it, as I don't have a Tesla and adaptors don't work on home chargers. Instead, I used the charger that came with my Ford and it was descent since we were there for two-nights. Ground floor was much welcomed, too!

Only gripe was that the deck railing is at the exact height as when you sit in hot-tub and blocks view of ocean. I know, probably a zoning code issue, 1o am departure is a bit early as traditionally it is 11 am.
