Private two bedroom deluxe apartment Leicester with large garden and free parking

The property was very spacious and very clean and the location was great

Host was responsive to all messaging Parking was ideal Nice deco and general apartment is cosy and well kept.

- The host requested payment for early check in and late checkout. Apparently this was due to cleaning company charging extra. What made this worse was host messaged 2 weeks after our booking asking for additional money for a ripped pillow. Found that absurd accusation and asking for money 2 weeks after booking was ridiculous

Contacted in advance by host so aware of code to get keys, easily accessible. Large flat, clean, well furnished and decorated. Kitchen had enough utensils with decent sized fridge and freezer. Hot shower and comfy double bed in 1 room, twin beds in other room. Host responsive when Internet didn't work and got it resolved. On main road but good location for us as we wanted to be close to family. Would recommend it.

1. Parking for 2 cars, assume 1 is for flat above so narrow - may be tricky if you have a large car 2. All towels and bath mats black so cannot see if they have been definitely cleaned - although my kids and husband didn't mind that!

Interior Design:** The interior design of the property is tasteful and modern, making for a comfortable and visually appealing stay. - **Hot Water for Shower. The shower had a reliable supply of hot water, which was greatly appreciated. Utensils and Appliances: The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. View and Garden: The view from the property is stunning, and the garden is beautifully maintained, providing a serene environment. Host's Responsiveness: The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Overall, while there were a few drawbacks, the positives of this property made for an enjoyable stay. With some improvements, it could be a perfect getaway

Bedroom Disturbances:** One of the bedrooms has a glass door, directly opening on road,which allowed light and noise from the main road to come in, causing some disturbances. Wifi Issues: The wifi did not work despite multiple attempts to get it fixed, which was quite inconvenient. Poor Phone Signals: Additionally, phone signals were weak, making it difficult to stay connected. Inconvenient Layout: There is a 3 steps staircase(quite high steps) leading to the kitchen and bathroom, which made it inconvenient for my parents to keep going up and down to just use basic necessities. Improvements: Bathroom Hooks:The bathroom could benefit from having a hook to hang clothes. Blanket Quality:The fleece blankets shed too much, creating a mess.

Beautiful 🤩 location the host very nice people will definitely go back when I am in Leicester again .
