The only positive aspect of this stay was the food, which was of slightly better quality. However, even that came with its own set of issues. The property advertises its restaurant as vegetarian, but I noticed some guests eating non-vegetarian food using the same plates provided by the restaurant. This is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, the food was overpriced, making the experience even more disappointing. Overall, I cannot recommend this place

This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I felt utterly embarrassed in front of my family. I paid a significant amount for a 3-night stay and booked three deluxe triple rooms, but what we received were three filthy, poorly maintained double rooms instead. The rooms were in terrible condition: all three had broken or non-functional features, the washroom door locks were barely intact, toilet seats were broken, there was no hot water, and room service was non-existent. To make matters worse, the property had uploaded outdated, misleading photos on the booking app. Upon arrival, it was clear that the rooms hadn’t been maintained in years. When I raised these issues with the staff, they were extremely rude and dismissive, simply stating, “This is all we have; we can’t do anything about it.” Basic essentials like towels weren’t provided, and I had to request them more than 10 times just to get minimal service. To add insult to injury, as I was checking in, another customer arrived and was given the same type of room at half the price I had paid. I strongly request Booking.com to review this listing and take appropriate action. This kind of mismanagement and unprofessionalism ruins customer trust and tarnishes the platform’s reputation.
