the taps had warm water.

The toilet door's weren't shutting, floors very very dirty seems like no one had cleaned the room for months. walls were feeling sticky and bed sheets weren't clean and there was a constant fear of bugs. didn't get a proper sleep there. easily one of the worst hotel I've been to.

Room was not clean and the room service was very unresponsive as well. Lack of basic facilities like drinking water etc.

Bedshit, pillow cover and Towel were clean.

Staff don't bother and even don't care for you. Every basic requirements I had to request. No bath soap or even toilet soap was not provided. No wall hanger in side cupboard, No drinking water Jug was kept in the room. Room-205 phone was not working. Bathroom water supply was found suddenly very low, while asked they said the roof water tank got empty & it will be resumed soon. They started blaming each other. Room lock was very hard and myself & the staff were also struggling with key. Breakfast was included in my booking but they are not aware & I found difficult to convince them. I suggest booking.com should also review before including any hotel in their list. I don't know how it's ranking was showing 4* while booking. Real feedback & review will help all others.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Very Good place to stay. Staff members are good and cooperative. Good property, Good interior, staff was friendly, Rooms were well maintained.
