We loved the lodge!!! Fantastic facilities, home from home, a gorgeous gorgeous place. 😍 we had an added surprise of an en suite after reading it had 2 bathrooms, we just thought it was a cupboard! We would definitely love to come back.

Very little. But a slight disappointment was the bbq. We brought food with us with the intention of having a bbq. Unfortunately it was so filthy, I tried to clean it but it was thick with grease and after I cleaned it a bit the gas was empty! So sadly we cooked indoors even though it was beautiful weather. One other thing was the main double bed wasn't comfortable, it definitely needs to be upgraded.

Lovely location,. Even though it is a big country park, it was quiet and had good facilities. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area. Well maintained lodge with everything that you needed.

There were bunk beds in the smallest bedroom which we did know before we travelled as the owner had pointed it out but not ideal for an adult. We hadn't realised when we booked.
