Very nice accommodation for what we needed, beds was comfy.

1 of the wardrobes was broken and the iron was missing but contacted the agent and he replied straight back.

"Comfy beds, heating and hot water good, rest of property v disappointing"

Clear instructions and communication

Not very clean, no soap in wash basin in bathroom, kitchen table and chairs very rickety, no mirrors in bedrooms upstairs, no bins in upstairs bedrooms or bathroom, 1 wardrobe had no hanging rail, no scissors, oven gloves, cafetière smashed. ++++++

The house was great, facilities were fantastic and the whole process was very smooth.

I'm really nit picking here as the property was great but some of the paint work and bathroom fixtures could maybe do with a touch up but for what we paid the property was absolutely fantastic so like I say.... completely nit picking here.
