"Beautiful property-shame about noisy late night works directly outside house, blocking beach access"

The house is beautiful, really well equipped and in a great location. Checking in was very easy and communication in advance was quick and clear. The area is great for a family to explore the east coast and there is lots to do in the area. Beautiful sunrise location.

There was beach renovation taking place as we arrived (13 April 2025). For 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, there was noisy machinery and almost constant beeping until gone midnight and restarting at 6.30am. We also did not have easy access to the beach for our last day - something that the listing sells the property on and one of the key reasons we booked this house for our family. We appreciate there is nothing the owners could do about the works on the beach but I would have expected advance notice that this was taking place. When I contacted the management company they said they would get back in touch about this but I have yet to hear back from them. This is not a cheap property and the disturbance was considerable, going on until late into the night and restarting a few hours later (gone 2am one night). It's a real shame because this is a beautiful property but the disturbance ruined the end of a very special holiday.

Location, views, beach access was second to none. House was clean and had plenty of room. Two washers/dryers very convenient. Chairs, games, towels made beach time fun & easy. Marie was very responsive during our stay.

A third bathroom would be the perfect addition..and mattresses a little too soft but a small inconvenience at most

Stunning location with great views , the perfect place to relax for a few days after a hectic holiday in Disney and cruising. Thoughtfully filled with every kind of extra you could need from salad bowls and serving plates to surf boards and beach chairs . Literally a home from home
