Beach Apartment inside Resort Walking Distance to the beach

Inside the Jakaraya resort, in the residence building, great location.and host communication. What you're paying for here is the location and use of the facilities at the resort the rooms are older but adequate on1st look we thought the bathroom was dirty but its actually just age marks, as with many properties in Bali there is an initial smell due to humidity but you soon don't notice it. Bedding and beds are very clean and comfortable (firm bed but that's my preference) we always had good wifi and hot water and the aircon was amazing, we had netfix in our room 6662, but couldn't access it in the other, cleaning was regular and towels replaced by a very friendly guy, we were able to arrange a late self check and a late check out for a reasonable fee. We were happy with our stay and worked well for our family we had 2 rooms our teenagers used the bedroom and the other one on the sofa bed which was made up in advance at our request. The resort itself is older and could do with a bit of visual maintenance but it doesn't effect the purpose it's clean staff are friendly has a fabulous pool area and is across the road from the beach. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was good and well priced. The location right on the beach is great.

Both apartments were unsanitary and in poor condition. There was a terrible odour in one that we couldn't tell housekeeping about because they didn't come in four days. The other apartment had furniture falling apart and electric sockets hanging out of the walls and doors that wouldn't close as well as dirty conditions.

The apartment had an old decor look. Nothing impressed. The view out the window was of rubbish in a disused property next door. Directions by staff was NOT satisfactory, wasted a whole morning being shunted from one reception to another before we were finally directed to correct room. No staff bothered much.

Sofa bed was very hard/uncomfortable, and no top sheet on either bed. Shower pressure very weak
