From pot and pan, to rice cooker, chopping board, electric jar ,glasses, utensils, two beds and extra bed , extra pillows, closet space ,dinning table wifi balcony hanging rack 2 towels street markets and a fast food just outside with 711 and ATM across the road and small places to eat. So it’s super convenient.

The location is the only thing , if you don’t have a car , just leave early if you want to get a ride on grab.

Traffic but less than in other parts of Metro Manila

nothing. there is a pest of cockroaches. cockroaches are everywhere and everything is dirty. it’s the worst places I have stayed and I have stayed at more than 300 hotels around the world.
