Live! Departamento céntrico con asombroso Rooftop y Alberca

Nice flat and very nice rooftop with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ. Well located. Underground parking. Owner very helpful and friendly.

We stayed 10 days and we had no change of bed linens or towels for the whole period. A starting kit in the kitchen would have been helpful.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, completamente nuevo y las instalaciones del edificio en general son óptimas. El área de alberca está muy padre con una vista increíble de la ciudad.

Fue un frustrante al inicio intentar abrir la puerta porque el tipo de cerradura parece que se apaga antes de ponerle los dígitos y el calor no ayudaba a la concentración, pero ya después todo bien. El lugar está algo retirado de la playa y sí hay que considerar caminar aproximadamente 20 minutos para visitar los sitios de interés. Considerando el calor de la ciudad recomiendo mejor moverse en horarios de poco sol o en automóvil.

It was a nice location, walking distance to oxxo and taco stands. 3-5mim taxi or uber ride to the marina. Very convenient.

The property name was listed incorrectly, which made it confusing and difficult to find. The correct name is actually “Cardinal Living,” so keep that in mind when trying to locate it. During our stay, there was no housekeeping provided, and only two towels were available for a five-day visit. The unit itself does not have a washing machine, but there is one in the common area that operates with coins. While the customer service line was not very friendly, the on-site staff were very kind and accommodating. Overall, it’s a decent place, but a few small changes could really improve the guest experience. I hope this helps future visitors plan ahead!

The rooftop area is absolutely amazing, featuring a stunning pool, a jacuzzi, and a cozy fire pit that made our evenings truly special. Although the pool was unfortunately not heated and a bit cold, the rooftop terrace still provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of Cabo San Lucas. The gym facilities were top-notch and allowed us to keep up with our fitness routines while enjoying our stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cabo San Lucas. I booked very last minute, and it was no problem to get access straight away. The apartment seems brand new, very clean and well organised. Amazing roof top pool.
