Check-In Experience: Despite arriving at the check-in time of 3 PM, our room was not ready, and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Staff: There were only three staff members on-site, and no assistance was available to help with luggage. Room Amenities: Although the room was booked for two guests, we were provided with only one towel. Upon requesting an additional towel, we were informed that only one towel is allotted per room. Cleanliness: The duvets and bathroom were not clean, and the bathroom sink was leaking. Overall pathetic experience
