"(Overrated) - Could be a very nice place but… still a lot of work to done!"

a different type of room. nice and comfy carpet. Sr. Luis has a good will but with a look of space for improvement in his property.

No garden, no lake (but not under manager control), no pool in winter time, no bed (just a mattress on the floor), no bed stand table, no comfortable bedroom lighting, no blackout, no trash bins of any kind (wc, living, kitchen). Windows framing with single glass panel leading to a poor insulation and 100% dependent of AC. No ventilation system. No welcome kit, which for a price range like this is not understandable.
