Charming apartment with sea view at Marina Village Herzliya

No internet. Dirty. Air con not working. Very small old flat just big enough for 2 people not 3. Old fashioned. Common parts filthy and tatty.

Location is excellent for the marina and close to a bus. Access is really easy (not on shabbat) and it comes with a car space which is excellent. It had a nice balcony, separate room, washer and facility had big washers and dryers. The kitchen came with a shabbat platta and urn and shabbat friendly fridge. Has a gym and pool and nice outdoor areas with bbq's. Got quick responses and help from owners. Has full time security.

The view was of the courtyard, could see tops of masts of marina and slight glimpse of the sea. The place is small and net curtain didn't close. Its up stairs, but not hard to reach. Very minor points for a good apartment but the previous rating was overstated. The 3rd bed was the couch which was fine but no other comfortable seating . Perhaps mount the tv on the wall and make way for another couch would be advisable. Washing machine was temperamental but facility has washer dryers which was useful. Facility needs maintenance and spa was down. Instructions to car parking should note its the lower car park for this space.
