"Would not stay again, would not recommend"

Upon arrival there was only one cup and one set of towels I called and messaged to flag this but it was not resolved until the following day Door of dishwasher was hanging off, which was dangerous Sponge left for dishes was disgusting Bed sheets did not fit the bed and were all ripped Corridors all had overwhelming smell of weed Would not recommend

location was good, ample parking, easy check-in process

£100 deposit against damage (refunded within 3 days of check-out). The room was poorly decorated/finished and very annoyingly noisy in both bedrooms (ventilation?) Poor nights sleep I messaged the WhatsApp number and received feedback to everything until the point where I requested some refund, then I heard nothing, extremely poor service

Location was great for Slaithwaite. Thankfully we only had a 1 night stay

No full length mirrors/no tv's in bedrooms. Nothing felt or smelt fresh/clean. Not at all homely.
