Stylish flat in Flamboyant area- no loadshedding Canterbury

The place was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located.

Great area and view. Very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Spacious living space.

Toilet had difficulty flushing. Bath plug did not seal. Gate remote did not work and no alternative was made available.

I liked that the place was modern and well-decorated. The block-out curtains and the quietness of the street below made for a peaceful stay. I also appreciated the soft lighting in the evenings, and comfortable furniture.

I feel that the kitchen utensils, cutlery, and crockery could be updated. The shower feels a bit dated. That said, it’s still great value for money, and I would definitely return.

Communication with host, safety around the building, old kitchenware and flushing problems made us uncomfortable from time to time

It was tricky to access the pool when security wasn’t at the desk.

It's just a comment. The toilet had an issue to refill water after each flush . I think they should look into it.
