Excellent staff which was eager to help. Good food made to taste and specifications. Our request for a fully vegetarian kitchen for the duration of our stay was respected. Picturesque property with pretty poolside (unfortunately couldn't use it as it wasn't heated) and nice little gardens, sit-outs, bonfire areas etc. We had asked for music arrangement prior to our arrival, we were told that there was no arrangement possible. However, on the last night we discovered that the same was available and on request the staff provided us a boom box with Karaoke Ideal size for group of 10-12

Inadequate arrangements for keeping the room or bed heated, especially at night during winters Food was nice but expensive for the menu offered, and there are virtually no alternative eateries nearby No availability of local transport except with the help of a local gentleman attached with the property. In our experience, this was quite overpriced. No TV. No WiFi was available for the first two days and only on the last day it was connected. There were 4 stray dogs (though they were quiet and not threatening) keeping us company all through our stay.
