The apartment where it is located is really safe and very good because everything is within walking distance and very close to the centre. The host was super friendly and everything was clean and tidy and i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Birmingham!

Lovely and clean, had everything we needed. Danny was really friendly and always responded quick to messages. Nice, easy check in and out. Secure complex, would be good with parking but have heard they’re trying to get a permit

My parents and I had a lovely stay here! The check-in process was easy, and the whole place was very clean. The host also provided free snacks! Moreover, the host was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage earlier than the check-in time. Would highly recommend it to others!!

The apartment was cozy

The bathroom had a bad odour from the toilet.

Nice clean modern flat. Good communications from host. Key collection process easy. Birmingham is a good place to visit. We enjoyed a canal boat trip and a visit to Winterbourne house and garden. Easy access to city centre on foot or by bus. Apartment is uphill from city centre, so the walk in that direction feels longer. Good kitchen, plenty of storage. Wifi worked fine. Nice that books and games provided. Unusual open plan layout, which may or may not be to individual taste. Double bed was in a kind of alcove, was not fully private from the living space. Secure gated development.

Immediate local area wasn't great. Soulless and hardly any local amenities. Nowhere to eat out near by. Only food shop was an expensive costcutter with very limited groceries (it mostly sold sweets, crisps and alcohol) - but at least it was extremely local. Hopefully the area will improve as neighbouring developments are completed.

The best option if you are in Birmingham. The place is great, so comfy and well decorated as a plus. What to say about Danny, he was really nice asking if everything was OK making sure I was comfortable and had everything I could require for a nice stay. I'll repeat for sure
