Very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to town centre. All communication was fast, efficient and hosts were very friendly. A lovely place to stay, will definitely return.

A beautiful new apartment located in the town centre close to all amenities, with free wi-fi to use and that it had a little court yard out the back. Very nicely decorated with a modern feel, and everything you need was supplied in the apartment.

The busy main road with a blind bend right outside the front door. Alot of banging coming from upstairs and the fact that the deposit of £200 you have to pay ain't displayed on the agreement until you have booked and paid for the apartment first.

Good location, new furniture. There is a big Sainsbury just round the corner and the high street is very close by. Easy check in with keys in a box, they facilitated a bit earliest check in (less than 1 hour earliest). Generally pleasent stay.

They charge you twice for the cleaning fees, they refunded it quickly though but they keep emailing at booking time about payments that have already been done probably due they have the apartment advertised in different platforms with different upfront payments, so they have to be more careful requesting payments. There is a deposit of £200 you also need to pay in case of damage, it was not very clear at booking time even though reading the small print is there. There is not dishwasher, they do not leave enough toilet paper and kitchen paper for a family, the bin in the toilet did not have a bag (just a cleaner mistake). It would help to have a picture of the outside building to find it quickly. There were some noises from the flat upstairs a bit uncomfortable but not very often, but very sudden and noisy like something was dropped. You need to check on time, I was 5 min delayed as the kids were fighting, our luggage was nearly outside and I was already getting a call from the landlord demanding to leave, not very pleasent.

Very nice place, close to City center. Friendly host and well organized furniture. I did like it. I recommend for Maidstone visitors.

The apartment was so clean and such a nice aesthetic. My partner and I visited Maidstone for a date night evening and the location is so central to Maidstone east station and the town centre. Communication with hosts were superb. The small garden patio area is a nice touch and will be coming back throughout the year. Definitely a home away from home. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen but definitely plan to on our return. The host left us some toiletries and towels which was a cute touch.
