Nhà mình vừa có chuyến đi 3 ngày ở Ninh Bình để mừng sinh nhật em gái. Dù không đúng ngày sinh, nhưng bạn Dung là lễ tân của khu nghỉ đã hỗ trợ mình vô cùng chu đáo trong việc đặt bánh sinh nhật. Bạn ấy chủ động liên hệ rất sớm ngay khi biết nhà mình có kế hoạch tổ chức sinh nhật, và luôn phản hồi cực nhanh mọi thắc mắc của mình, kể cả sau giờ làm. Thật sự là một nhân viên tuyệt vời, khiến bọn mình cảm nhận được sự quan tâm và hỗ trợ hết lòng từ khu nghỉ dưỡng.

Chất lượng thông gió của nhà vệ sịnh cần cải thiện thêm.
