El hotel es realmente hermoso. Un complejo resort y hotel muy grande en la montaña. Nos hospedamos en un bungaló y fue mágico. El personal es maravilloso, lástima que no pudimos quedarnos más tiempo. No se porque la gente califica tan duro este hotel si realmente es precioso. No se dejen llevar por los comentarios negativos.

Es cierto que el hotel queda a 40 min del old town pero es algo que se compensa con las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio. Normalmente el que va a Nihn Bihn sabe que es un destino natural y la magia está en las atracciones.

I stayed here on a weekday, so it wasn’t crowded. I really liked that feeling because it was very peaceful. I enjoyed walking around without having to meet anyone, and no one disturbed me during that time. When you book a Bungalow, the view is amazing since it faces the lake. However, the soundproofing is not very good, so you can hear noise from nearby rooms. Overall, everything here is not too luxurious, but it is acceptable

Resort có không gian xanh mát, không khí trong lành, cảnh quan rất đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là nhân viên lễ tân và nhà hàng. Nhà hàng có nhiều món ăn địa phương như ốc núi hấp xả và gà đồi nướng rất ngon. Phòng ốc không sang trọng lắm nhưng sạch sẽ, thoải mái và tiện nghi. Cả nhà tôi đều thích ở đây. Có dịp nhất định sẽ quay lại.

Great location to visit Cuc Phuong. The property is like a resort. It’s also great for seeing birds. Don is awesome and was sooo helpful and communicative! Great breakfast!

The fragrance that was used around the property and the rooms was strong, I had to open the window to air it out.

I feel that this resort is not really luxurious; the design is unique and beautiful, but simple. I was upgraded for free to a lake-view Bungalow, which is very beautiful. I understand that this type of Bungalow is quite expensive, so I truly appreciate the offer from the front desk staff. The in-room facilities are average, but the room has large windows. I really like the Bungalow here. Breakfast at the Tre restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including many local options. My favorite is the bread station, which has plenty of choices. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and they handle requests very quickly. The area is very spacious, with fresh air that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. However, if you are looking for a truly luxurious resort, this may not be the right choice. That said, I am completely confident in recommending this resort to those seeking a relaxing getaway.

The bungalow room is not well soundproofed.
