Worst maintainance poor cleaning

we have checked into the room at 9 pm at the time booking cost was, show as 1888 but at the time check in he was asking us to pay Some were around 2400 and lift was not working we have travelled with my aged parents the room was allocated on 3 rd floor after bit argument he as allocated the room on 1st floor non ac and the room was not clean

Oyo took 200 rupees for booking confirmation i have paid the amount and later I didn’t got any confirmation and customer care has given some contact information of the hotel but no one answered my call. I have waited for more than a hour before the gate of the hotel …either they answered my call or they opened the gate . Customer care wasted my time for more than a hour but no use . They didn’t even refunded my amount as well . I was with my family in the late night i stood in front of the gate neither hotel staff opened the gate and allowed us nor the customer care helped us in getting hotel. I never ever trust this oyo again….

Bed comfort and ac

Room number 201A is bathroom and bathroom lights and heater not working toilet flush also not working and hot water and normal water also not coming and power cut always... It's not worthy day

Location was nice

AC is not working properly, bedsheets are not clean and some sort of smell is coming in room. Overall not a good experience
