Hotel Ramida Suites IGI Delhi Airport

Staff was courteous

Directions & map showing the hotel's location were inaccurate. My Uber driver wasted over an hour trying to follow them, The hotel itself is NOT as described "new". It has a sign outside, above the entrance,which features several names (alternating in an LED display): Franklin Suites, Ramida Suites, Golden Tower...but not Crystal Inn Plaza (or any element thereof!!). The only way we were able to locate it was by speaking directly by phone with someone at the property who guided my driver through a warren of narrow streets & alleyways. It was equivalent to the worst back alleys of Paharganj.. As for the supposed amenities listed on the Booking.com site, most were figments of someone's imagination.There was a bed which took up most of the room -- comfortable but with a bottom sheet of dubious cleanliness (I slept on the top sheet.) Pillowcase also dubious (pillow inside it filthy). AC worked well. Bathroom was clean, except for a cockroach. There was a flat screen TV which I didn't use, as it was after 11 pm when I finally got to the room, and a plastic chair. A wastebasket would have been appreciated. Towel provided, when I requested one, was a study in shades of grey (impossible to ascertain whether it was clean).

The price was low....but reflected pretty much everything about it. .

The hotel was supposedly by the airport...that was actually a Metro station stop and a tuktuk ride away. Not quite what the hotel description indicated plus the address on the booking.com was not accurate and when i called the guy over the phone only told me about the metro but not the 1km walk (i arrived late in the evening so i had to get a tuktuk) It did the job for one night at very low cost... but i would not go back

The staff are fantastic. Communication was exceptional and they helped us with arranging train travel for our onwards journey.

Nothing ! The property is not worth the money worst ever experience ! No towels No warm water no proper ventilation no source of WiFi no connection poor services overall 0/10

Wonderful accommodation for the price. Located in a quite and clean neighbourhood. Had a very good sleep. Breakfast was also on point
