location , cleanliness of the room and facilities for cooking were apt. check in and check out were a breeze

Excellent location as it is right on the girivalam route and is next to the Varuna lingam. There is a coffee shop downstairs. New property that still needs facilities to get fully functional. Staff was courteous and guided us.

We were shown a building about a few meters away from the listed property which according to the staff was owned by the same group and we were ok with it. However, the property details and facilities as listed did not match which obviously was a disappointment. For 5 adults and one toddler this was what was listed: "Bedroom: 2 single beds, 1 extra-large double bed Living room: 1 sofa bed. This spacious apartment consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries. The apartment provides air conditioning and a balcony. The unit offers 4 beds." The double bed was definitely large but had dusts and the AC in the bedroom though it was working did not have any cooling effect. Thankfully since the bedroom had a fan too, we managed with that. The living room had no AC and had 2 single beds (no sofa bed seen). The ceiling fan was in one corner of the room. The bathrooms however were clean but no toiletries provided. Again thankfully we travelled with our own toiletries and blankets as well (of course blankets were not put to use we only had fans operating). The staff did help us with some modifications. The sore point here is when what is mentioned and promised while booking is not met and then being charged with the full amount. The price I paid is definitely not worth it. Of course our request to extend the check-out time a little late was acknowledged, still, I would have appreciated it if the owner spoke to me after my conversation with his staff. It was not very professional to have charged the full amount mentioned during the booking when the facilities were not met. Otherwise for a pilgrim trip this hotel definitely works and can be promising if the expectations are met.

Silent peaceful location little far from the temple. Newly constructed place and looks exactly like how it's displayed in the pics.
