This property did the job we needed just to get our heads down after a family wedding , had to ring the host at 10 o’clock at night to gain access as they didn’t respond to any of my messages and didn’t send any key safe codes through so we could get in . Inside is in need of a lot of tlc , a lick of paint and a good scrub . It was grubby and the bathrooms were awful , kitchen area was a mess . Very basic and no parking what so ever , had to park up the road as there wasn’t any space anywhere near the property

The location was close to the city centre.

It was a converted council house on a cramped estate. Bins were overflowing and with cars blocked the parking space. The house looked like it needed some care & attention. In the end none of that mattered because I couldn't access the key & when I phoned the number I had been given I was told I or Booking.com had cancelled. When I suggested I was there, outside the door I was told it had been sold again.

The property was left unlocked when we arrived, there were rusty nails hanging out of door frames. dirty washing in the washing machine. Old food in the fridge. dirty bins full of water in the garden. old bedding hung out on the washing line. Old tubes of toothpaste in the bathroom. Hairs and bugs in the bed. unexplained liquid stains on the walls. Our guests did not stay here for even one of the 6 nights booked for due to the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene at this property.
