"Disappointing"

Absolutely nothing like the photo. Whilst the apartment was very spacious it was dated and located in the interior of the building over looking the restaurant. Dark and dingy, overpriced for what it was. The roof top pool was fabulous.

There was only one access key to use and turned out to be very inconvenient. Secondly, the security deposit amount has taken rather long to be returned.

Terrible stay. Subject of a Consumer Guarantees Act, Health and Safety Act and Human Rights Act complaint. Despite providing compelling evidence and Urban Rest and Heritage Hotel managed by TFE acknowledging the wrongdoings to myself and child, to date they HAVE NOT refunded, settled or resolved. Donot book through Urban Rest. Not worth it and Urban Rest will NOT look after you.

LOCATION & POOL FACILITIES

The locked box had 2 keys, Only one worked to enter lift and room. The other said FOB, no idea what was for. 2 entry keys would have been good, for when we went our seperate ways for the day

Location, views and cleanliness exceptional

Keys could’ve been located in a lockbox on the premises. Should explain that the pool is in a different building and that you have to have your own tennis rackets and balls.
