The 3 levels of stairs

Never rent this apartment, no heating system is working. The landlord rents you an apartment with problems. The landlord does not answer his phones. We had to leave the apartment we rented for 8 nights on the first night. We had to go to another hotel because my 2 small children were extremely cold. Even though we wrote to the landlord about the issue, he did not refund our money and claimed that everthing was working. Our money was wasted. Also, the cleanliness of the apartment was very bad. The apartment is very very old. There is no elevator in the apartment, you have to climb the stairs with your suitcase up the 3rd floor.

The apartment was clean and spacious.

There was no ironing machine (received after 1.5 day, but too late for us). There was no sponge for dishes cleaning ( not supplied not even after request) The towels were used, one was of them was dirty… After two phone call I couldn’t renew communication with the owner. There were no kitchen towels. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator.

Beds were comfortable, AC worked, all appliances worked Perfect location near subway

Not a lot of cookware to use

It is the perfect stay for a family of 4-5 people, maybe even 6. They even had great welcome gifts in the form of sparkling water, coffee pods for the machine and some bottles of Hungarian wine. Great view of the traffic. Located right in front of the M3 Metro lift entrance at Forgach utca next to Goncz Arpad. Host Mr.David seemed really nice and contacted me on WhatsApp.

The cleaning lady during checkout seemed really rude and gave out disgusted expressions even though we took extra time to clean the apartment on our own and return it in the best shape we received it as. Another lady, part of the host team who called me during late check-out also sounded rude.
