The whole setup. Everything you could need on vacation was available.

Took too long to start the fires. Some firefighters would have been great. Also, some teas and coffees would have been Jerome.

It's a lovely big house in the most stunning location. The view and entire area is absolutely stunning! On arrival it was fantastic, we drove up to the house and had a few zebra just outside the gate and a welcome hamper waiting for us inside. The house itself is big and bright with lots of space, 4 bathrooms, private pool and outdoor area. The beds are very comfy and the layout works well. The kitchen had every appliance you could need, along with a BBQ area and wine fridge which is a bonus. The living space and main bedroom have AC and it was really useful to have, as we had quite a few days of warm weather. My family and I had a really lovely stay and would happily come back again.

The house feels very well lived in and in need of some TLC. Two of the bedrooms and kitchen have the cold and warm water taps the wrong way around which I've never come across before in any other holiday accommodation. I actually thought the geyser had gone, as two of my family members were complaining they couldn't get hot water. A few of the bedroom door handles were very loose, so you had to be careful when opening and closing them. The main bathroom cabinet had its side broken off. There are no umbrellas outside so in the middle of the day it's roasting outside. The cleaner turning up just before 8am and coming into the house before check out isn't ok. If you need people to check out earlier or are concern they're going to be late, you should bring your check out time forward. No one should be coming into the property before 9am on checkout, esp when you're charging what you're charging. I understand you've probably had people overstay which has then impacted on other guest, but those people should be financially penalised (that's why you have the deposit) and you should offer those guest who've been negatively impacted a discount for the late check out. With these repairs and fixes, it would bring it back up to the 5 star rating you had in the beginning.

After booking the place they required a booking deposit of R3500 a week before our stay, it was paid. After the trip when I had to get refunded they told us about a missing pot lid that we knew nothing about. I wasn’t refunded all my money even after assuring the owners we left everything in place the money I got refunded was R2950 I’m so disappointed honestly highly disappointed so just make sure you take pictures of everything because they’re going to do you dirty
