Easy check-in and out with keybox. Great location with plenty of free parking on the road. Biscuits and sweets, tea and coffee available. Very decent shower with plenty of hot water. Homely.

Hair in bath plughole. Quick and easy to deal with but wasn't nice to see. Front room bed a bit saggy. Sofa not overly comfortable. Central heating was a bit too much at times and turning down the thermostat didn't always seem to work. Strict instructions on how to leave the property with threats of fines if not followed. Yet no instructions on how to turn off CH!

"Amazing trip with excellent accommodation"

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was bright and cheerful along with being ver comfortable, so didn’t want to get out of bed. The space worked well with my 2 dogs, garden fully secure. Location was great plenty of shops and takeaways a short stroll away. Along with Eastbourne beach 10-15min walk away. Plenty of parking on street and very quiet area even though shops etc close. Easy to find and great communication with owner who was on hand to assist but left you to enjoy our trip. Will definitely book again.

Warm, cosy cottage. All amenities. Clean and tidy. Good communication from the owner thro.Booking.com. Very enjoyable stay.

Only small detail was that I couldn't have a bath. No bath plug and set to shower only. However this did not spoil my stay.

"Exceptional"

Loved the quirky decor, the super comfy bed and that everything I needed was there. Secure back yard for my little dog. Takeaways, tesco and co-op just round the corner and a lovely pub within walking distance.(possibly need to book for food as gets very busy)

There was nothing I didn't like apart from I could have done with a tea towel & a pair of scissors but everything else, just perfect

"Lovely quirky house had everything we needed."

The property was cozy the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook/ clean. The location was nice and quiet with plenty of parking.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on.
