Cleanliness,everywhere in the house have huge spaces and very organized in the kitchen, laundry room, bedroom , bathroom and living room and it’s so close to town.

"Great stay, handy to CBD"

Location was excellent and in easy walking distance to cbd and restaurants.

The shower- needs improved water pressure and new shower head as not consistent even water emissions, would be good if it was hand held type. Decor old fashioned but this did not worry us and if you like retro vibe it would be excellent.

"Good for a couple of days to see Christchurch"

Location to downtown, Lexia is a very attentive host and was looking out for us from when we arrived. Oarking space was on site and a bonus!

The shower was poor and only had a very poor flow of water from it The property decor was very dated
