Apartment Viking Rovinj with Sea View

Alles. Bij het begin werden we opgewacht door de dochter Nina met een "complimentary" fles wijn. Zij hielp ons de bagage in de kamer te brengen (2de verdieping). Daarna hielp ze ons nog een gratis parkeerplaats te vinden en voerde ons terug (na het parkeren) naar de accommodatie. Tijdens het verblijf konden we makkelijk contact nemen met de host. Op het eind van ons verblijf zijn we gaan eten in het restaurant van de host (Viking Restaurant) en dat kunnen we zeker aanbevelen (je kan daar ook een boottocht in het Limfjord maken). Dit is een zeker aan te bevelen accommodatie omwille van de ligging en de hulpvaardig- en vriendelijkheid van de hostfamilie.

Niks had beter gekund.

Litt synd at varmepumpen var plassert på den ene balkongen slik at denne ikke kunne brukes

Gute Lage, Nähe Altstadt, Rovinj ist entzückend, tolle Bootstouren quasi vor der Tür.

Durch die Lage - sehr laut. Haben wir unterschätzt. Leider keine Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. 2 eher laute Vetilatoren zum Aufstellen in 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer. Ohne ging es bei der Hitze nicht.

Gyönyörű kilátás, közel a városközpont, boltok, strand.

Nagyon közel található, egy hajnalig nyitvatartó kerthelyiséggel rendelkező szórakozóhely, ami nagyon hangos. A lakásban csak a nappaliban van klíma, ami nem tudja lehűteni a hálószobákat, ezért jó lett volna éjjel nyitott ablaknál pihenni, ami a szórakozóhely miatt nem volt lehetséges.

This is such a charming apartment in the perfect location. I hope we can stay here again! The family who owns this was wonderful and hosted us so well. This is the perfect location to be right in downtown Rovinj but still have easy parking and very close walking access to everything - 5 minutes from coffee, bakeries, restaurants and the ocean right out your window. Also, even though the building is a bit dated the windows are new so they kept things quiet at night. Our family had a wonderful stay! Also, definitely visit the owner's restaurant too.

Great location and view from the apartment, the city is beautiful The flat - as on the pics - is huge. The equipment of the apartment is full, actually there is everything. The parquet floor is a bit creaky. Bedroom beds are "king" size and very comfortable. LCD TV with USB media port for movies. There is a powerful air conditioner in the living room, but needs a fan in the bedrooms if it is very hot outside and you couldn't open the windows due to street noise. The host Karmen was very friendly and generous, fast helpful communication all the time. Recommended place.

From the moment we checked in, we were amazed- by the incredible views, by the owner Carmen’s hospitality, by the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the place. The apartment is very conveniently located steps away from the historical center, the boat and the bus terminal, and is a walking distance from the Mulini beach, apt even for the little ones.

Little clarity on the parking situation. We were visiting end June and while there was public parking available right in front of front of the apartment as stated, the costs were more than 50€ per day on the machine, 25€ on the app (you can download it from the QR code found on the machines) which is something I wish we had known upon hand as we did inquire about the parking. However, Chatgpt managed to find us a free parking 15mins away from the apartment, after the roundabout on Istarska street so keep this info in mind if you’re considering whether to fly or drive!

Warm water geyser for shower very small. Have to wait between showers for water to heat up.

Location was fabulous, just perfect The view over the harbour was fab Spacious apartment with beautiful wooden furniture, really clean. You can park outside but it will cost you €15 a day which you need to pay for through an app (Bmove) as you cannot get day tickets from the machine..

Balcony was a lot smaller than expected from the photos. Needs a fan in the bedrooms as it was very hot and you couldn't have windows open due to street noise.
