Beach Front Flat Shaldon with Parking

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable, that was the only downside as the weather caused use to use the room more

Everything was spot on for us, lovely few days and was a home from home, no complaints and will be back

This was our 3rd rental of the trip to Cornwall /Devon and definitely the best. The location was brilliant, sitting room overlooked the harbour and the parking space was a big plus. There was a high standard of tasteful decoration throughout and it had been recently done. Fully carpeted so quiet and the heating was great when it got cold in the evening. The wi-fi was easy to connect to and the TV was very large in the sitting room with easy to use controls, likewise the TV in the bedroom. All the kitchen electrics and gas hob and microwave worked well and cutlery and plates and glasses etc were was also in very good condition and it was easy to recycle items in the bins in the back yard. The fridge freezer was large and new. Bathroom had a great shower which was also easy to use. Overall a really lovely lovely place to stay with fantastic view of the harbour.

just a small issue, the pans were mainly non stick and apart from 1 wooden spoon the utensils were all metal so the pans had become scratched.

I took my parents to Shaldon for a family break. Chris's flat exceeded all our expectations and was perfect in every way. The location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the comfort! It helped make our stay extra special. The car parking space and beach across the road were also much appreciated as was Chris's timely communications. All holiday we kept saying how lucky we were to have found Chris's flat. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location with allocated parking. Within a few steps of the beach.

Apartment took awhile to heat up, would have been nice if it had been heated prior to arrival as everything was turned off.

The only 1 minor fault which didn’t effect the stay was the wall plaster had fallen off in the main bay window. Quite unsightly and was a bit of a shock to see at 1st.
