Spacious and clean

Sofa bed is not good for sleep

It was not far from the station. Great price.

There was some damage when we arrived in the bathroom and on one of the sofa had a small hole in it and some marks on the wall.

Close to Harry Potter studios. Nice interiors. Fairly clean and has a little kitchen with an oven and fridge. Storage space. Towels included and toiletries.

The fans didn’t work so it was incredibly hot at night (July). They were both broken so sadly we slept very poorly as it was so hot. We opened the windows but the street below is very loud - lots of sirens throughout the night, large crowds of people on the street, shouting and screaming as late as 2am so we did not sleep well I’m afraid. There is no parking so we had to park over at Watford Railway (£14 for the night). Missing floor tile in the kitchen and some tired decor in the bathroom eg holes under the bath.

The location was really good for the train station and bus to the harry potter studios

The apartment wasnt very clean marks on walls cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. The floor in the kitchen was broken and the drawers for the cutlery was dirty with broken utensils. The wardope has a fan in there which we thought bonus as the heat was unreal and it was broken so ended up buying one.

Cleanliness, noises

It was fairly close to the train station and lots of interesting shops and markets. It has some nice decorative touches.

The street was noisy at night. The sun comes up at 5am and the blinds did nothing to block the light, the pillows are very thin and we generally didn’t sleep well. Many facilities or infrastructure were broken .

We were in luck to find a parking just outside the door. It was easy to find the lockbox to get in. Quite spacious and good water pressure in the shower. WiFi worked great, albeit the password was a bit hard to decode due to hand writing. :)

Sadly, quite a few things were to our disliking. The freezer compartment in the small fridge was all iced up. The "fully-featured" kitchen was missing quite a lot of utensils. There were a couple of light bulbs missing, especially in the bedroom. Some other things that also were supposed to be included such as coffee, tea and sugar simply weren't there. Also, around 23:30, a neighbour started drilling in bursts for quite a while. The sofa beds were also way too short (and highly uncomfortable) to be able to use for a fully grown person. The pictures of the apartment were probably correct once, when it was just refurbished. Also, the details on booking.com were quite confusing when it comes to if bedding and towels were included or costed extra. Luckily, they were included, which the host responded fairly quickly to my question.

Lovely sunny little flat. It was a convenient location and directions made it easy to find. Easy walk to the railway station. Lots of choices for food close by

I booked for 3 people for 2 nights. There was 1 teabag. No teatowel to dry dishes we used. Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. So, it's great for one or two people
