Very reliable host, clean flat, has every needed amenities and free parking permits by host is very helpful.

The location of the flat is very confusing because there’s no house number to the property the taxis and Uber eats gets confused and drop up far away from the property so it’s very inconvenient with luggage and can’t have food delivery on time time.

The property was walking distance from Watford junction. The bed was good, comfortable.

The sofa beds were like sleeping on a door with a metal pole that went through it. We both slept on the floor.

We stayed for a night only during our travel to down south. The location was great, had so many eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. We got lucky to find parking in front of the apartment even though we came late in the evening and on a weekend. Checking in was smooth. Apartment was clean and tidy and had all the facilities as mentioned on the website. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Sofa beds were not particularly comfy if I be honest but it was a night only so it wasn't too bad. The double bed in the room was comfy as you expect.

Very nice, clean, with everything you need, owner was very responsive and even let us check in early. Great links to Central London and Wembley Stadium.

Easy check-in. Owner accommodated to our needs. The environment was clean. Spacious. Short walk away from the train station.

Good location, good value and very responsive and helpful host. Free parking w the permit sorted by host. Comfortable stay for two adults and two teenagers.

Many of the wall fittings are secured with just plugs and are not stable. A shelf fell off the wall easily. The shower head is almost hanging by a thread. We felt we had to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen could be better equipped even for basic self-catering. These are all easy fixes.
