After being opened for sometimes, some furniture need to be touch up. Breakfast is not as good as last time

It’s the best property in Khaoyai. And suitable to stay with family. So relaxing and good property.

Property is nice but BEWARE that BREAKFAST, CLEANING or any kind of service is NOT included.

Although the property is very nice there are wear and tear that you would expect to be handled when it comes to a prime property listing. The pool heater did NOT work, swimming pool lights and veranda lights did not work on arrival. The lights were fixed after luckily reaching the host to get it fixed. The same can be said for cleaning of the room NOT included in the price apparently that is not clearly written out in the listing. Yes it reads under the "fine print" but we tried to contact the host several times and left even a voice mail but without success. Luckily there was only me and the wife staying so we did the tidy up by ourselves as it's not a "biggie" when only two people staying. I just wonder how that would have worked with the kids attending the holiday. I would advice the owner to include cleaning as its a plus 300 dollar per night listing. I would assume that this clientele would expect it. And if not at least leave some garbage bags available as this was not even available. NOR any extra towels and/or cleaning equipment. Sad with a property like the one at hand to have this kind of non existent service in my opinion. AGAIN, the property is very nice but needs a proper clean especially the balconies and swimming pool needs some urgent TLC.

I've stayed at this location many times. Always a nice place to stay. Good environment, great location, friendly reception staff, and nice rooms. Also played golf. I like the smooth roads which allow me to ride my bicycle. Lots of positives!

I've stayed at the Penthouse a few times. This was the only time where the outdoor jacuzzi was not hot. I didn't enjoy the cold jacuzzi. Also, the golf course was not well maintained....maybe because of the rain.
