Parking Noise upstairs Leaky shower
USThe location was very close to I-95 which was great. The bed was comfortable and the hideaway itself was very cozy. The shower maintained excellent water pressure and temperature. Everything was easy to navigate and while the space is small, it didn't feel constricting. I loved the ice machine.
If I were to stay again, I might sort it so that my husband and I shared a suitcase, because there's not really a good place to put more than one. That's about it.
USUSComfy bed. Very clean. Convenient "spill over" space for us during a family visit (family being very close to this location). Surprisingly bright and comfy basement apartment.
The driveway is very narrow and small. Not sure how it work with 2 cars in the 2 different apartments. We did not park there and opted instead to use nearby family's place to park.

DERuhige Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten für einen Mietwagen sind in Nebenstrassen vorhanden. Sehr stilvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Preis/Leistung. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die Bahnstation von Stamford ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Autovermietungen in der Nähe.
Der Gastgeber hatte bei der Buchung umgehend darauf hingewiesen, dass das Kellerapartment nur 6 Fuss = 1,82m hoch sei. Nur die Decke betreffend mag dies als lichtes Mass stimmen. Jedoch gibt es diverse Versorgungsrohre/-leitungen und Stützbalken in den einzelnen Räumen. Ohne mit dem Kopf bei aufrechtem Gang anzustoßen, kann man sich daher in dem Apartment nur bis zu einer Körpergröße von ca. 1,60m bewegen. Mit meinen 1,78m habe ich mir während des 8-tägigen Aufenthalts einige Male den Kopf gestoßen. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gibt es aus meiner Sicht auch zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Wir haben improvisiert und unsere Kleidung daher auf der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner abgelegt.
