Customer service was very bad . They did not answer messages , we waited for self check in details because we were in front of the property and they did not answer the phone and very late our messages . They promised on their profile and in messages they will provide airport transfer . We needed a transfer at 4am , we were confirmed by the driver he would come but he never appeared. We almost missed our flight and had to order ourselves a private taxi after we realised nobody is coming to pick us up. When I communicated this thing with the owner , they said it’s not their fault and that they are no hotel so my expectations are too high. Apparently it’s high expectations to expect a service like airport transfer to be provided and trust them for that :( We travel very often with our work and this never happened . They were also very rude when I asked why they don’t keep their promises and why they don’t answer messages in time. They even proposed a refund , in exchange I would not give a negative review. I never accepted such thing, I believe people must know that they most probably would not get what they are promised.

It's exactly two buss stops from the airport and close to the city center and train station. The check-in was easy and we didn't have a problem from arriving late at night. Close to the apartment you can find coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. Be careful because this accomodation offers one room with private bathroom, and the others are with shared one. We really liked it there! Will visit again!
